Ireland legalizes the murder of babies

I have been a life-long supporter of the women’s movement. I incorrectly thought they would usher in a kinder, more gentle world. Instead, the crusade has led to intense selfishness and opportunism by females. The Left historically boasted of a “huge political tent” that includes everyone. Shouldn’t a developing child be included as well? Aborting the life is a selfish act. Ashley Crossan claimed opportunistically this week she was sexual harassed by Morgan Freeman, a 78-year-old grandfather at the time of the alleged incident.

This is not harassment. Women have no sense of humor today. Freeman is nearly dead and we should be able to laugh a bit with him — or at him. On the other hand, where was the feminine outrage when Katy Perry forced a public kiss on a teen boy who was a virgin? While the nation works to remove sexual predators, such as Harvey Weinstein, we witness a surge of female educators who abuse young boys. This is highly disturbing, as women dominate the ranks of teaching today.

Politically for example, Hillary Clinton ran for president in 2016 stating it was “my turn.” Her campaign was a fixation on “Me, Me, Me.” Supporters claimed Hillary was the smartest, best-prepared political candidate in U.S. history. Yet all she had to do was make peace with Bernie Sanders to win. How stupid was she to select Tim Kaine? Had she swallowed her enormous ego just a tiny bit, she could have found a way to make Bernie the vice president on her ticket. Working together, they would have trounced The Donald 60/40. It would have been the largest political landslide in recent memory.

Except for cases when the life of the mother is at risk or rape/incest, abortion is one of the most self-serving acts a couple can make. I consider both the male and female responsible, as the sprouting human being belongs to both of them. In the U.S. alone, some 650,000 “families” abort their developing babies. Thankfully, this number is down from a historical peak of about 1.4 million abortions in 1990. Pro-life activism, more effective sex education and wider access to birth control has helped reduce the use of this horrific procedure.

My Facebook friend, Thomas Cheney II, shared a post from Feminist News. Some women believe men have no rights as fathers. Creating life takes two people. Both should be involved in the pregnancy. Both should be held responsible to safely nurture the developing child. The lack of civility by women toward men who want to keep their baby is disturbing — “respect that women aren’t your fuckin herb gardens, you little gargoyle.” Respect is earned and this isn’t the way.

Huffington Post, the liberal, feminist media portal, didn’t even have the courage to mention abortion in their headline feed. Instead, they wrote surreptitiously, “Ireland Legalizes It.” Yes, Ireland legalized the murder of babies. Happy day for mischievous leprechauns.

Ireland has about 4.8 million residents. Their population has been as divided over the abortion issue as are Americans. More than 1.4 million people voted to repeal the nation’s 8th Amendment, while about 750,000 voted “no” to this change in the constitution. Some consider the outcome to be a landmark referendum in a new era for women’s rights and a huge blow to the global anti-abortion movement.

On pro-life Irish group, Save The 8th, said, “What Irish voters did yesterday is a tragedy of historic proportions. However, a wrong does not become a right simply because a majority support it.” Americans have used a similar reasoning to decry the fact slavery was once legal in America.

I believe women have the right to control their body. They have the right to choose if they want to touch.kiss.date a man (or woman). They have the right to decide if they wish to consent to sexual activity. I have criticized both men and women for the hookup culture that exists in America at this time. Bring young people together, throw in mass quantities of alcohol, and minutes later, they are banging in the parking lot. I believe young men, such as Brock Turner, are victims of this irresponsible behavior. I wrote previously we have become a nation of sluts and horn dogs.

The Irish decision hastens the Millennial generation’s collapse into individual and collective decadence. I’ve criticized their audacity to demand someone should pay for them. They falsely consider themselves WOKE for seeking to remove Columbus statues, yet won’t consider returning the stolen land to the indigenous tribes and leaving North America. Somehow they believe criticizing those who created this luxurious life for them relieves their guilt.

Rather than learning to be responsible, they now demand quick, easy access to abortion procedures. It takes preparation to “get on the pill,” insert an IUD or use a condom. It’s far more convenient to simply spread the legs and play. Have a couple drinks, grab the nearest penis, and bop the chicken. Possibly pregnant? “Give me a Plan B!” “Stick the vacuum up my birth canal.”

Abortion remains a dangerous procedure for a woman. It can render her unable to have children if and when her family is ready. It can kill her. Wikipedia says there are about 56 million abortions around the world each year. Half are considered to be unsafe.

Women of the world — choose life. Use a condom, use birth control, use your head. Demand your male partner act responsibly as well. If an unintended pregnancy occurs, choose adoption. The developed world needs children. Accept the consequences of selfish and irresponsible action. Carry the baby to term and give the joy of life to a family that is unable to conceive on their own.

Abortion should not be used as birth control. The dangerous procedure should be limited to rare cases where the mother’s life is at risk or the pregnancy resulted from rape or incest. Shame on Ireland for moving to murder babies!
