Obama v. Trump on North Korea

My dad fought in the Korean War. Navy guy. Assembled bombs on the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Kearsarge. She was a long-hulled Essex-class aircraft carrier, launched 5 May 1945, served in the Korean War and Vietnam War then scrapped in 1974.

The U.S. dropped more bombs in the Korean conflict than in any other engagement. Whenever we make progress toward ending hostilities, I’m supportive. Bill North created a thought-provoking image. Deserves to be reposted.

Had Obama done this, Republicans would have found some way to criticize. Democrats look to criticize Trump. Silly politics.

President Trump posted a tweet on Twitter. He and Kim Jung Un met a few hours later. Gutsy, innovative move … an act for U.S. and world history books. Will it work out? We’ll see. Happy The Donald took the risk.
