I was aware of Charlie Kirk. Didn’t respect him. He said many things that were hurtful to others, which I list in a previous article. I believe he divided our nation more than healed our differences. He enjoyed challenging 19-year-olds on college campuses. I’m PhD political science and teach these youngsters. Not highly-sophisticate debaters. Wrote to Charlie Kirk. Offered to debate. Said, “Hey brah, why not pick on someone your own size? Let’s debate.” Didn’t hear back from Charlie Kirk.
I certainly didn’t want Charlie Kirk to suffer violence. Don’t want the Palestinians in Gaza to suffer violence, although over 70,000+ have been murdered, including over 50,000+ innocent women and children. Charlie Kirk was a passionate supporter of Israel. I considered Charlie Kirk to be a cruel supporter of genocide in Gaza. His death therefore is meaningless to me.

WARNING ALL OF YOU !!! Christian churches, Mormon churches, are spreading INTOLERANCE. Charlie Kirk was an extremist Christian. He claimed his religion and beliefs were “right.” There is a big difference between believing your religion and forcing your beliefs on others.
FORCING creates HATE. HATE begets HATE !!! Tyler Robinson loved a man who was transitioning to a woman. Tyler Robinson was raised in a MAGA household. He heard the MAGA positions and claims of Charlie Kirk. He succumbed to hate and turned to violence. Churches are soft targets; easy to attack. I warn you now. TEACH LOVE for all or you will suffer.

Charlie Kirk DENIES Freedom to Americans
America is founded on FREEDOM. This principle is the most sacred of our beliefs. FREEDOM however means you pursue happiness in your way; I pursue happiness in mine. More specifically, you are FREE to believe in your god, worship your religion; I am FREE to worship my god and religion or no god and religion at all. You are FREE to marry who you please. I am FREE to marry who I please.
FREEDOM also is restrained. I am not FREE to swing my fist if it hits you in the nose. And, for example, I was born a biological male. I have the FREEDOM to believe I will be happier living as a woman. I do not have the FREEDOM to use a girl’s or women’s bathroom, or compete against girls or women in sports. I would be violating their right to believe FREELY — FREEDOM to not accept your belief that you are a woman — just as I do not have to believe your religious views.
Remember the book, “Black Like Me”? John Howard Griffin took chemicals to change the color of his skin to black from white. He was not however a Black man. Never will be a Black man. His research provided a powerful critique of racism in America and unique look into discriminatory policies and behavior. Similarly, a biological male will never be a female. Both MAGA and WOKE need to understand the rights and responsibilities of FREEDOM.
Charlie Kirk did not believe in FREEDOM for others. He judged others and forced his opinion on others, based on his religious, social and political beliefs. Charlie Kirk was a hypocrite and created division and hate. Charlie Kirk reaped that which he sowed: HATE BEGETS HATE.
The MAGA coalition has canonized Charlie Kirk. Some even claim his death shows the need for Holy War in America. I do not consider any of these people, or Charlie Kirk, to be followers of Jesus. Jesus said LOVE ONE ANOTHER — including our enemies. Charlie Kirk did not love “one another,” and he certainly did not love his enemies. I challenge Charlie Kirk supporters in this test.
A contact on social media, Scott R. Seegrist, posted a meme about Charlie Kirk. Scott claims to be a People builder, Best friend, Entrepreneur, Marketing marvel. He’s the former CEO at Atlas Home Sales and Service, studied Computer science at Certified Careers Institute, went to Cedar City High, studied Marketing & Event Management at Salt Lake Community College, went to Cottonwood High School, went to Bingham High School, lives in Cordova, Illinois, is from South Jordan, Utah, and is married to Angela Seegrist. They appear to have three adorable young daughters. Scott R. Seegrist claims to be ONE LDS DAD — a Mormon.
Love Your Enemies: The Test
Scott R. Seegrist posted a graphic and commentary to SUPPORT the claim that Charlie Kirk loved his enemies. I claim this is false, deceptive propaganda and provide a DEEP DIVE into the beliefs and behavior of Charlie Kirk. I challenged Scott R. Seegrist to debate me.
Cliff Sims wrote, “After a rally in Phoenix, a transgender man had stood at the mic, harshly criticizing Charlie Kirk. The exchange was sharp, the air tense, and the critic walked away feeling victorious.
Hours later, fate intervened. On a dark highway, their car broke down, a shredded tire, steam rising from the hood, and no help in sight.
Then headlights slowed. Out stepped Charlie Kirk and his companions. He didn’t mention the rally, didn’t recall the insults. He simply asked what was wrong, rolled up his sleeves, and helped. Together they replaced the tire, cooled the engine, and made sure the driver could get home safe.

You need to APOLOGIZE to me for FORCING your religious beliefs on me and others, as Charlie Kirk forced his beliefs on others.

Charlie Kirk is JUDGING. If you believe in god, which you apparently do not, then YOU and Charlie Kirk do not have the right to judge others.
Jesus said to LOVE ONE ANOTHER. Loving ONE ANOTHER is simply saying, for example, “Adam, I see you married Steve. Congratulations. I love you both. Wish you both a happy marriage and long life.” They do not want to hear the opinion of CK that he believes marriage is ONLY between a man and woman. Not his right to say that to them.
That is LOVE. Charlie Kirk peddled HATE … by judging others — and quoting scripture, as he did in my meme, Leviticus 20:13, which says surely they will be put to death. Charlie Kirk JUDGED, in violation of the laws of the god that he believed, and he was put to death. Justice was rendered.

He was asked a question in a public forum. He’s been asked there to speak. It sounds to me like you’re not as confident in your position as you say you are to get that worked up over it.
As for marriage? Its the base of a family, not just a badge to be worn. 2 men do not make a family, a couple sure I suppose if that’s your choice. But a family is meant to procreate and 2 plugs with no socket will never light the way to procreation, therefore no family, just a Darwinian dead end.
As for hate? I’m only seing that from your side. He seems pretty loving and open, just has a different opinion from you.

You now claim I am blind, which is condescending, insulting and a form of gaslighting. Your behavior confirms I made the correct decision to distance myself from a religion based on a mysterious angel, magic glasses and golden tablets that nobody has seen.
Living in Hawai’i, I frequently compliment the work of BYU-H, discuss my years working at BYU with pleasant memories, and acknowledge my many good friends who follow the Mormon religion. However, I am a man of logic & reason as a PhD researcher in political science. I’ve studied many political, economc and religious philosophies. All are flawed; nothing is perfect.
Claiming I “don’t want to see reason …” is gaslighting, and stating, “so there’s no point in further debate cousin,” is a scared man’s way of exiting a discussion he doesn’t have the confidence that he can prevail.
ROLLING IN THEIR GRAVES ??? Thank you. Happy to know I’m WAKING UP some people. Charlie Kirk’s failure was he FORCED religion on others. I respect your RIGHT and FREEDOM to worship as you wish … that’s the First Amendment. The First Amendment also guarantees MY RIGHT and FREEDOM to worship a different god, religious beliefs or none at all.
I urge you to rethink the importance of the First Amendment to the health of our form of democracy in this Constitutional Republic. Charlie Kirk’s lack of tolerance and imposition of his views led to his death. He won’t be rolling in his grave for some time.
To Scott R. Seegrist’s second comment, I responded: — children like you need crayons. Charlie Kirk spoke hateful comments. ONE (1) MAN responded with hate. HATE BEGETS HATE. Charlie Kirk was a racist. His comments about Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson prove this.
I provided a reasoned explanation. You insulted. You have the right to define family as you wish, per your Mormon religion. I grew up with Mormons in SE Idaho. The church banned Black men from the Priesthood claiming they were marked as descendants from Cain. Certainly FORCED their views on others; certainly infringed on the rights of others. I knew as a young man that the LDS church was not true.
Darwin was correct about evolution, but with 8+ BILLION people on the planet, no need for everyone to procreate. There are plenty of orphans and others to help. Charlie Kirk was concerned about Great Replacement. Yes, you will be replaced. The majority of people in the world do not respect your views and insulting behavior.
You see HATE as you want to see hate, because your world is one of hating others who do not agree with you. I listened to Charlie Kirk. Didn’t hate him. Actually wrote to Charlie Kirk, as he offered to debate others. Said, “Brah, why you pick on 19-year-olds? Why not debate a man, a brother with a PhD in political science? Don’t you want to knock over a king rather than slay pawns? Let’s debate.” Charlie Kirk didn’t respond.
I laughed and turned my attention elsewhere. Charlie Kirk reaped what he had sown.
Charlie Kirk WAS a Racist
Charlie Kirk wrote on June 27, 2025, that “Kentanji Brown Jackson is a diversity hire. She is only there because she’s a Black woman.” His comment is slanderous, libelous, uncivil, racist and cruel. Because of Charlie Kirk’s comments such as these, I shed no tears for his death. I do not respect those who champion such behavior. I hope you do not either. Charlie Kirk is a FALSE prophet of Jesus.
