I have been engaged in a political discussion in Hawai’i about the admission policy of Kamehameha Schools. Officials do not admit Asian, Black, Latino or White students. They allow only full or part Native Hawaiian (Kanaka) students to attend the schools. This policy violates the “spirit of the law” of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which prohibits race-based discrimination. However this landmark legislation applies to PUBLIC funded schools, colleges and universities.
The policy of Kamehameha Schools does violate the “letter of the law” of Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, which prohibits race-based discrimination in private contracts, schools, colleges and universities.
Kamehameha Schools is the 9th richest educational systems in the nation. At this time, they educate about 6,700+ students each year. They have the money to add a few more desks, teachers and classrooms. There’s an adage: when you’re rich, lengthen your table and add a few more chairs to your dinner table. Don’t lock the door to others.

Although this issue is hotly debated, most discussions have been civil. One male, Jason Hatzi, was not. He’s from Big Island, Hawai’i. He wrote among other threatening comments, “I got a 45 just for your ass where the fuck you at? Punk mother fucker.”
I reported his violent, threatening comment to Facebook on September 18, 2025, and also filed a complaint with the Hawai’i (Big Island) police department. I did not know Jason Hatzi. He took issue with my position on Kamehameha Schools. Jason Hatzi’s complete comment:

They are protected by the indigenous people’s act just as much as the native American people are by the way I happen to be among.

I told Jason I reported his comment to Facebook and had no further discussion with him. Jason however kept posting threatening comments to my other Facebook posts, this one on September 21, 2025. I’ve been ignoring him. Facebook has done nothing.

Facebook Retaliation
On September 19, 2025, one day after reporting this threatening user, Facebook penalized me. They added restrictions to my account, including blocking me from posting or making comments for one day, until September 20, 2025.
Facebook claims they removed one of my posts for “Violence and incitement.”
What was the post Facebook alleged could encourage violence and lead to risk of physical harm, or a direct threat to public safety?
My post had been made weeks ago on August 31, 2025. I posted the headline, photo and article about “Trump Admin Plans To Force Out Palestinians And Turn Gaza Into Tourist State: Report” … I responded, as visible above: “WARNED YOU !!! Kill all the Palestinians they can. Move out the rest. Trump International will make TRILLIONS rebuilding the regions for Israeli citizens and…”
Comment was truncated by Facebook. Facebook added, “This goes against our Community Standards on violence and incitement.” Israel is the “THEY” committing the violence!
Clearly I’m not INCITING violence or encouraging violence: “Kill all the Palestinians they [Israel] can.” I am criticizing the KILLING and MURDER of Palestinians by the VIOLENCE of Israel and the Zionists. My Facebook page is clear about my opinion and position that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza by killing over 70,000+ Palestinians, including over 50,000+ innocent women and children.
Facebook apparently looked for an excuse to retaliate against me for reporting the violent and threatening user, Jason Hatzi. Had my post of August 31st been in violation of Facebook Community Standards, their automated systems would have flagged the comment weeks earlier.
Appealed to Facebook asking them to correct the retaliatory punishment. I claimed my post “doesn’t break the rules,” and the purpose was to “raise awareness.” Facebook did not respond nor did the social media group remove the restrictions. Facebook claims I incited violence in Gaza! Maybe someone will nominate me for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Facebook Retaliation For Exposing Fake User
Today, February 22, 2025, Facebook penalized me a second time. This time for “Bullying and harassment.”
Yesterday, February 21, 2025, I blogged about what appears to be a FAKE ACCOUNT on Facebook (see: Fake Facebook BOT Defends Charlie Kirk).

In my blog article, I remind readers that I exposed a cybercurrency scam on Facebook in 2024, and that I might have found another scammer — this time political.
Elaine Ha, the alleged fake user, did not deny my claim after I shared my article. Elaine Ha instead responded, “Scott Goold — I really don’t know your wife and cannot judge if her brain is sharper or not. You can google yourself: Potential Complications of Taking Birth Control and Common Side Effects & Safety Consideration etc.”
Charlie Kirk had said before his death, “birth control really screws up female brains, by the way.” His comment is uncivil, in my opinion. Like Elaine Ha said, neither she nor Charlie Kirk can “judge if her brain is sharper or not.” Charlie Kirk was not a medical doctor or psychiatrist. It is disrespectful to shame ALL women in this manner. He had no business speaking as he did about women using birth control.

Facebook claims the comment may threaten or harass others. No threats. Can’t harass others when they have initiated the discussion. Did I target Nathen with content or messages that shame or disrespect them? I responded to Nathan’s comment, “Scott Goold — Your heart is broken. I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU. God bless your harden heart.”
Nathan’s comments shames and disrespects me. I’m simply defending my position, as Nathan said he didn’t believe me when I said that I walk “hand-in-hand” with Jesus.

Facebook ALLOWS Jazon Hatzi to threaten to kill me; ALLOWS Nathan Stanworth to insult, shame and disrespect me. Facebook appears to be retaliating against me at this time for reporting the violent and threatening behavior of one user, and the apparent FAKE ACCOUNT of Elaine Ha.

Charlie Kirk said many things that shame or disrespect other people. I have listed a summary, Charlie Kirk and Hawai’i Democrats Further HATE SPEECH in America. Please note that I include Democrats in Hawai’i along with my criticism of Charlie Kirk. As I’ve stated, I’m neither MAGA nor WOKE. I believe the extremism of both groups is dividing our nation and threatening our democracy.

NOTE 9.23.25: After writing this article and submitting to Facebook, they removed the second restriction without explanation. I was able to make a TEST post this morning. The “Violence and incitement” restriction remains.
