Derek Turbin and Hawaii Democrats are WRONG and DANGEROUS

Today on social media, Derek Turbin, chair, Democratic Party of Hawai’i, released a statement about the Supreme Court Ruling “undermining Birthright Citizenship Protections” — Trump v. CASA (2025)(letter below). Derek and Democrats across the nation are wrong. Their position is dangerous to Americans and this nation. The SCOTUS decision is consistent with the intent of US Founders.

Democrats do not understand POLITICAL POWER. For example, in 2016, Hillary claimed it was “her turn.” We don’t take turns in politics. Americans seek someone to lead based on conditions on the ground and in their lives at the time. Hillary lost the love from millions of those on the political Left to Bernie Sanders. Hillary had more “money than god,” but progressive voters were “feeling the Bern.”

My congresswomen, Tulsi Gabbard, exposed Hillary and the DNC’s cheating of Bernie. She resigned. CNN correspondent Donna Brazile was fired for passing debate questions to Hillary in advance of her debate with Bernie. DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz was forced out.

I warned Hillary’s team at the time: cheat us and we’ll vote for your opponent. They laughed, “go ahead.” So we did. BernieBros put the buffoon over the top in key midwestern states, the Blue Wall, and the anti-christ came to power. All Hillary had to do was make peace with Bernie. She couldn’t accept voters loving him more than her. It was her turn, she believed.

Politics is compromise! Had Hillary lifted Bernie on the DNC stage, loved him, his supporters would have loved both of them. She couldn’t lower her ego. Welcome to our current crisis!

And in 2020, Democrats didn’t actually love Joe & Kamala; they simply hated FELON RAPIST 45. Hatred however doesn’t carry an agenda. Pandemic was rough. Similar as the political Left did to Barack Obama, millions soon gave up on Joe. 81M voted for Joe; by 2024, only 75M showed up.

As a group, the political Left is privileged, spoiled, and rife with self-righteousness and a culture of entitlement. “FIX IT NOW,” as Tracy Morgan lampooned on SNL years earlier. The political Left is not willing to fight. They have been pampered by helicopter parents who hover over them, and bulldoze obstacles that stand in their way.

They spent more time on social media complaining. MAGA on the other hand was organizing, uniting and standing up to fight. Elon Musk laughed at the “WOKE mind disease,” as he took a chainsaw to government.

All the political Left had to do in 2024 was VOTE !!! Just VOTE !!! Weak People create Hard Times !!!

I’m not a MAGA RETARD and have no love for FELON RAPIST 47, but the SCOTUS ruling is consistent with the US Constitution and US founders. They were battling kings. As a leader in Hawai’i, the nation’s only land of kings, you must understand the POWER our founders wanted the Chief Executive to hold and exert as needed.

Kamehameha would not allow a minor chief on a distant island to usurp his authority. A federal district court judge cannot BLOCK the PRESIDENT of the United States across the nation. A single judge could outlaw abortion or gay civil union. Consider the implications. Americans could suffer a patchwork of lesser court fighting … some yes, some no. National gridlock. Our nation could fall to an enemy whether foreign or domestic.

Trump vs USA (2024) was clear. Any president is virtually immune to prosecution during OFFICIAL acts. Biden blew it. #45’s actions on January 6, 2021, were not official. He was guilty of reckless endangerment, inciting a riot and motivating an insurrection.

ONLY checks on the president’s power is by the US Congress through impeachment in the House and trial in the Senate; or SCOTUS. Lower levels of law enforcement cannot impugn the president. A district judge has constitutional power only in that specific district.

Not that complicated: the president loses; president appeals; question comes before SCOTUS for a national ruling. Or the People lose; the People appeal; the question comes before SCOTUS. Our framers were brilliant. We are lazy.

Democrats FAIL to understand the AWESOME power of the US president. Joe Biden was too timid. Barack Obama, our greatest recent president, was too kind. Democrats in general fear centralized power. They seek to distribute power through committees. Republicans are harshly hierarchical. They love CEOs, military generals and strongmen in the White House.

Democrats must LEARN to wield POWER !!! The USA is not a committee or a parliament. We have a LEGAL king for four to eight years.

Let me be clear. In 2020, over 81M Americans VOTED to fire this wretched human being. He then lied and obfuscated for four years; he ran again. ONLY 75M on the political Left showed up to vote … just VOTE … all we asked, nothing more. JUST VOTE !!!

Had the same number of Americans supported Kamala in 2024, as they did for Joe in 2020, we would NOT be in this situation. All they had to do is VOTE !!!

Only 50% of registered voters showed up in Hawai’i. Shame on the Democratic Party. As a 50-year voter, you’ve never reached out to show love to our family. We don’t stand with you or Republicans. We don’t support the MAGA agenda, and the arrogance of Democratic elites in Hawai’i turns us off.

This incessant whining, crying and claims of victimization has WEAKENED the political Left. Politics is POWER !!! All we have to do is VOTE !!! Officians make it so easy. Just fill in a couple boxes on a mailed form and mail it back. Easy, sure. However, you don’t love us. We tell you, but you don’t listen.

You expect us to join with you — yet your agenda divides. Like the lies told about Kamehameha. He did not UNITE these islands. He unified the chain under his command and took all the land for himself and family. You follow the lead of the king. He forced island leaders into his kingdom at the point of a long gun or cannon. His way or the water highway. Same with Hawai’i Democrats. You do not listen to us.

Thus, the political Left was unmotivated and too LAZY to take the simple step of voting. THE FAULT is 100% that of voters, but lack of leadership by Democrats is the underlying cause. Maybe Americans will RESPECT our VOTE in 2026 or 2028 … if we get to vote !!! Likely 100M will show up to oppose the Disaster of Don, but not outta love for Democrats. Hatred of the opponent does not unite voters.
