Although our nation is bitterly divided, most Americans agree social media is a destabilizing force in society. Our keiki (children) suffer more anxiety and depression. High school and college students spend more time scrolling than studying. And social media platforms have given the most extreme elements in society a powerful tool to voice their hateful and uncivil rhetoric. However, we can’t shut it off. We’re addicted to the endless scroll.

Did nothing wrong. Never knew the “charges” against me. Facebook kept me in a loop. Disappeared my account. Acknowledged I had submitted an appeal; then warned I hadn’t requested a review. No additional information; nobody to contact. Was at the mercy of the evil king. Was “John the ANTI-MAGA Baptist” going to lose his head? Today, Facebook apologized.
In truth, missed my many friend connections, but got a lot of political work done not wasting time on Facebook.

It’s OFFICIAL … did nothing wrong. Facebook simply DOES NOT like my EFFECTIVE anti-FELON RAPIST 47 politics. Facebook can’t legally ban me. Thus, they cheat — like many people in power cheat me. Facebook won’t answer my appeal and request for review, while falsely claiming I need to “request a review.” My political and social logic/reasoning is just. Facebook has to cheat !!! 🤣
In the late 1880s, with the start of the Gilded Age in America, print media exploded across the country. Readers were hunched over, faces in newspapers, as they hungered for the latest gossip and information. Digital devices and social, rather than corporate, media have replaced most print sources. Content is similar … key difference between 1890 and 2025 is online platforms offer no rest from the noise. Little time to digest new news, while readers constantly seeking their next fix.
Social media also bombards viewers with more stimuli than print media. Newspapers were black & white; color came later. Social media pages explodes with audio, video and eye-catching graphics. Our brains are flooded. Offline activity seems boring in comparison. Thus, addiction.
Facebook just assassinated me. Blocked me from the platform; no warning; no notice. Their team told me that friends, connections and the public can no longer view my account — cannot see or contact me. Messaging system is wiped clean. Pictures and comments I saved over ten-plus years deleted. I am assassinated. Like I never existed. Facebook disappeared me from their virtual world.
Punished for Opposing Current President?
Retaliation by the current president, who I label FELON RAPIST 47, is extensive and ruthless. He’s an insecure narcissist and definitely acts like a mafia don: Donny Two Dolls. He brought Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook and META to their knees after the election. They seem to submit to his rule. One of my last posts on Facebook, Thursday, May 29th, criticized FELON RAPIST 47 over the Qatari “gift” of a luxury 747. HE LIED to Americans.
Zuckerberg paid millions to Donny Two Dolls apparent apologizing for past crimes against the don. Were my criticisms flagged by Zuck’s team? I worked hard for Team Kamala during Election 2024. Debated MAGA supporters, even claiming to defeat over 75 million Republicans.

I designed and circulated thuis meme applauding America’s Strong Women and urged Facebook readers to make the SMART BET and vote Kamala Harris. There were 107 days in the campaign; haven’t stopped since. FELON RAPIST 47 is Making Americans POOR Again. Fight!
Also flooded feeds with TACO TRUMP memes — this nickname pissed him off. Google search results said #TACOtrump was going viral. Tariffs hurt Americans. Our family has lost over 25% value in retirement and investment accounts. Prices are rising; costs exploding. FELON RAPIST 47 said tariffs would not increase our costs. HE LIED to Americans.
Friday (5.30.25), I received an email message (allegedly) from Facebook. First thought was email was spam or a malware phishing scheme. I’m politically active on Facebook and engage in spirited debate, wasn’t aware of any controversial or heated conversations recently. A year ago, Facebook messaged me and labeled me an “influencer.” Said I was at risk to be hacked, and required a two-level security protocol to protect my account.
In general, I’m in good standing with Facebook. Have been “jailed” by the platform in the past. Last November, Facebook claimed I had violated their Community Standards for posting an image of three Black women in scantily clad clothing. I was discussing fashion trends and used a magazine cover in support of my opinion.
As the image was somewhat risqué, I grayed out the chest of one woman and face in the crotch of a second. The image is titled, MINAJ A TROIS. Facebook removed the photo, penalized me by blocking me from commenting or posting for 72-hours. Facebook claims I “shared or sent something that shows nudity or sexual activity.” I see no nudity or didn’t consider the magazine cover to be promoting sexual activity. Appealed the sanction. Lost.
Facebook removed my comment February 21, 2025, for posting a link to the ClearHealthLife blog with the detailed, running history on the tragic Lahaina fires. Facebook claimed the post went “against our Community Standards on spam.” Wasn’t jailed, but Facebook suspended some of my privileges for a couple weeks. Actually posted this link later, as details were updated. Was not sanctioned in the additional postings. Didn’t understand the alleged violation.

SUSPENDED
Attempted to log into my account to follow up with the emailed Facebook alert. Accounts was truly blocked and suspended. Returned to the email; clicked APPEAL. Facebook routed me to my account. I use Dark Mode to reduce strain on my eyes. Screen was all black. Facebook posted the following:
Risk or Harm Posed to The Community
Facebook acknowledged I had submitted an appeal. As our nation currently discusses the U.S. Constitutional guarantee of “due process,” I was shocked at the [lack of] due process provided to me. In America, we believe in the right to know the charges against us; be permitted to answer any charges or confront witnesses; and that we are innocent until proven guilty.
Facebook’s email stated:
“Your Facebook account has been suspended. This is because your account, or activity on it, doesn’t follow our Community Standards on account integrity.” [see Facebook Account Integrity: Policy Rationale]
Policy Rationale
In order to maintain a safe environment and empower free expression, we restrict or remove accounts that are harmful to the community. We have built a combination of automated and manual systems to restrict and remove accounts that are used to egregiously or persistently violate our policies across any of our products.Because account removal is a serious action, whenever possible, we aim to give our community opportunities to learn our rules and follow our Community Standards. For example, a notification is issued each time we remove content, and in most cases we also provide people with information about the nature of the violation and any restrictions that are applied. Our enforcement actions are designed to be proportional to the severity of the violation, the history of violations on the account, and the risk or harm posed to the community. Continued violations, despite repeated warnings and restrictions, or violations that pose severe safety risks will lead to an account being disabled.
Facebook apparently believes that I have “egregiously or persistently violated our policies across any of our products.” No specifics. No opportunity to address the allegations. Guilty. Facebook will decide my future.
In February 2025, reported the following comment to Facebook. Facebook did not remove the comment or sanction MAGA David Webb for calling me “bitchboi” in the uncivil comments.
Also February 2025, reported this following to Facebook. Facebook did not remove the comment or sanction MAGA Ricky Tooker for writing, “I fucked your mother in the ass! And she liked it!”
This image came across my Facebook feed early last week. Consider such comments pose a “risk to the community.” I repackaged the meme, labeled this behavior “antisemitism,” and used the commentary in the debate over Palestinians rights. Moshe Feiglin claims, “The enemy is not Hamas.” In his opinion, “Every child, every baby, in Gaza is an enemy.”
My “jailing” due to sexualized imagery in November 2024, shown above, apparently presented “risk” or “harm” to the community. Find that claim difficult for Facebook to defend. However, didn’t post any additional risqué images that suggested nudity or sexual activity. Received no notifications or warning my comments or postings violated Facebook Community Standards.
Facebook admits that ACCOUNT REMOVAL is a serious action. Facebook seems to have violated their policy. Something “serious” should be managed professionally and fairly. Facebook added, “It usually takes us just over a day to review your information.” I was erased May 30, 2025. I’m posting this article June 2, 2025. The clock is ticking and it’s now three days.
Checked my account numerous times. No updates. When I logged out June 1st, two days after the suspension, I received an update with the following warning:
I had APPEALED on May 30th. Now Facebook asked, “Are you sure you want to log out? You only have 177 days left to request a review. After that your account will be permanently disabled.”
There is no additional option to APPEAL or REQUEST REVIEW. There is no option to contact Facebook. You see exactly what Facebook told me. Facebook seems to be broken.
Checked my account again today, June 2nd. Same Disabled Warning as June 1st, but now only 176 days left to request a review. There is no way to request a review. It’s a Catch 22. Have Facebook’s automated systems made an error?
Herein exposes the DANGER of online social media platforms. Users have NO CONTROL or legal recourse. Platforms own us. They can do to us what they want. There’s no Customer Support; no phone number to call. King Zuckerberg doesn’t speak to the peasants. One of his ministers will decide my fate.
Facebook however knows the significance of their behavio , “ACCOUNT REMOVAL is a serious action.” I’ve been on Facebook for over ten years. Have over 4,000 friends. Don’t have other means to contact friends, contacts and groups. Erased from the virtual community, many conversations and 1,000s of connections.
Facebook ASSASSINATED me on their social media platform. I’m dead, gone, disappeared into some virtual South American dictatorship, a hellhole like CECOT in El Salvador. Never get out. Never be seen again. Whisked away in the dark of night. Friends were not notified or alerted to my absence. I’m now invisible, not even a ghost, in this virtual online space.
This is the matrix. No DUE PROCESS. No oversight. Former users suffer the emotional trauma being disconnected from society; forced into social media addiction withdrawal without consent, approval or agreement. Users of social media develop deep connections in their virtual community. With a stroke of a key however, any real human being can be disappeared by an IA algorithm. Machines now own our lives.
We gave up our freedom — for FREE. We gave up control over our world — for entertainment and endless scrolling. We gave up our autonomy for computer code and billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg.
YOU ARE WARNED. You are one click away from being assassinated and disappeared on social media — without warning, without notice, without due process or legal recourse. Maybe FREE isn’t such a good deal. How about that Qatari jet?
