Friend of mine on social media, Summer-Lee Yadao, from Mililani Town, Hawai’i, is a generally kind, decent person, but grossly confused. On the one hand, Summer advocates the MAGA political agenda and is loyal supporter of The FELON RAPIST #47 in the White House. She is pro-Zionist with little sympathy over the Israeli genocide of Palestinian people in Gaza.

Today, Summer posted a recurring theme by Roslyn Nicole Manawaiakea. I’ve had many discussions with Roslyn. She was unable to win her argument against my legal reasoning and logic. Roslyn therefore cancelled me by blocking me on social media.
Summer claims a “professor who taught law at UH Mānoa even said he’s been waiting for a student to have the balls to use the law he taught to have truth and the law prevail. So far, most chose the easy way, not making waves way of practicing law. Others who know [we] will prevail anyway.”
Let me share the most important fact about Kanaka Maoli culture. In 1778, when British Captain James Cook first encountered the Polynesian people, there were an estimated 800,000 Kanaka. By 1893, under leadership of the Kanaka monarchy, only 40,000 Kanaka remained. Wars of Kamehameha and disease brought by outsiders invited by the monarchy decimated the Kanaka people some 95%.
The British assumed control over the Kingdom of Hawai’i in 1843. The Paulet affair, also known as British Hawaii, was the unofficial five-month 1843 occupation of the Hawaiian Islands by British naval officer Captain Lord George Paulet, of HMS Carysfort. It was ended by the arrival of American warships sent to defend Hawaii’s independence.
Due to USA protection beginning in 1895 and formal statehood in 1959, the Kanaka ranks have swelled to over 450,000+ strong today. USA saved the Kanaka Maoli from extinction.
Legal Strategy: Hawaiian Kingdom Authority Over U.S. and State of Hawai‘i
1. Demand Proof of Jurisdiction
• State of Hawai‘i officials must prove lawful authority under the Hawaiian Kingdom.
2. Invoke Hawaiian Kingdom Laws in Legal Cases
• If prosecuted or fined under U.S. law, demand the case be dismissed under Hawaiian Kingdom jurisdiction.
• Use Penal Code and Land Laws to invalidate U.S. rulings.
3. Hold Officials Personally Liable
• File criminal complaints under Hawaiian Kingdom law against judges, police, county officials, and banks.
• Demand their imprisonment under Hawaiian Kingdom law for fraud, treason, and land theft.

A recent study published in CivilBeat showed the racism, discrimination, bullying and intimidation by both Asian and Kanaka students is common toward Black, White and Brown cultures. Hawaii’s WOKE culture, led by professors at the University of Hawai’i and instructors at Kamehameha Schools, fuels the antagonist relationship.
Asians vs Kanaka
As a college and professional athlete, spent much time around the Black community. Was a truly rewarding and enriching experience. However, many Black men would sit on their stoop or in barbershops and decry “whitey,” who had allegedly oppressed them. Their conditions is life were rough. Their road had not been easy. However, NO Middle Class or poor people anywhere in the world have an easy life. The world does not owe any of us a living.
Compared to Black men, Black women ended their self-pity. They hunkered down in school. Got good grades. Went to college. The federal government provides grants, scholarships and loans. They got degrees. Got better jobs. They are making progress. The disgruntled men remain in poverty.
Similarly, we can compare Asians in Hawai’i to Kanaka. Kanaka actually had a better situation than Asians over 100 years ago. Asians came to Hawai’i as indentured servants or basic laborers. They suffered brutal conditions. Kanaka fared much better.
Asians avoided politics. Didn’t care if a Kanaka king or queen ruled. Didn’t care if an European ruled. They hunkered down, studied hard in school, went to college and moved up the social and economic ladder. Asians make up 7% of Americans; they represent over 70% of residents in Hawai’i. Asians realized there was no value in looking backward. They pressed forward for the win.
Responded BRIEFLY to Summer and followers again today. They continue looking backward; blaming history and those now dead. They seek to UNDO what has been done — without legal justification. They ruminate on their alleged losses and misfortune. They deny themselves the opportunity to succeed in our ever-changing world. Like Black men, they blame “whitey.”
Whitey however did not cheat them. A young warrior named Kamehameha did.
It’s not about having BALLS … it’s about having TRUTH. Kamehameha STOLE these islands from the Kanaka People using British long guns and cannons. He made the Sandwich islands a colony of Britain. He was not pono.

And LOCAL PEOPLE rose up against King Kalakaua in 1887 for his HIGH TAXES and lavish spending. King signed the new constitution. In 1893, queen attempted to undo that agreement. She lost and was arrested. In 1895, Lydia abdicated the throne legally and officially. She made a PLEA DEAL with local leaders after being accused of treason. Her signature made agreement legal and official.
The queen recognized OFFICIALLY and LEGALLY the Republic of Hawai’i. The international community did as well. In 1898, the Republic REQUESTED protection from the USA. The USA included Hawai’i in the Newlands Resolution. In 1959, local residents voted 93% to become the 50th state in the USA.

Ironically, Summer SUPPORTS Zionists and Israelis in the Palestine Mandate taking their land. She however cries that local people with European and American culture became political leaders in Hawai’i. While Israeli push out Palestinians from their homeland, Kanaka were never forced from Hawai’i.
They endanger their own futures by refusing educational opportunities that will lead to better paying jobs. Their attitude and choices lead them to leave the islands. Asians found a way. Kanaka are capable of finding their place in the islands. They must quit whining about the past and forge a new path into the future. Their ancestors successfully navigated the stars to make a new life. Kanaka today block TMT. They have lost their love of the stars and their celestial road map.
