Elon Musk violated — and is violating — my First Amendment rights. Seeking a civil rights attorney. I supported Kamala this past election; still do. Elon’s company, X, suspended my account around November 7, 2024. Have included relevant content below. X claims I violated policy, but refuses to say what policy. My commentary supported Kamala. X will lift the suspension if I subscribe to their media platform. X wrongly penalizes one political viewpoint; allowing that political expression only if the individual pays. X does not do this to MAGA and Trump supporters. This action therefore is illegal.
We are in a challenging period in our nation. The United States of America is the world’s most illustrious democracy … let me be clear before someone criticizes my choice of words — our nation is a Constitutional Republic that functions on democratic principles. We are, as President Barack Obama said repeatedly, the shining city on the hill to serve as a beacon of hope for the world. And, our light has now dimmed considerably.
The world was stunned that a PLURALITY of voters, about 49% of Americans who cast a ballot, said yes to a convicted FELON and RAPIST. As president and leader of the Republican party, #45 held a political rally on January 6, 2021, to “stop the steal.” He claimed Election 2020 was stolen. False! He still makes this false claim. He had 62 opportunities to prove his claim in court. Even judges he or Republicans had appointed said NO … the election was not stolen.
Elon Musk claimed social media was biased toward Democrats in Election 2020. In response, he purchased Twitter for $44 billion and promised to ensure the social media platform would be balanced by preserving First Amendment protections. I will show you how he LIES about his objectives. Elon Musk does not protect First Amendment rights.

Any dispassionate observer of Elon’s behavior on Twitter/X can see that there is something seriously wrong with his moral compass, if not his perception of reality. The callousness and narcissism conveyed by his antics should be impossible for his real friends to ignore—but they appear to keep silent, perhaps for fear of losing access to his orbit of influence.

SEC Filed Lawsuit Against Elon Musk
Yesterday (1.14.25), CNBC announced that the SEC filed suit against Elon Musk, alleging the billionaire violated securities law by acquiring Twitter shares at “artificially low prices.” In his purchases, Musk underpaid for Twitter shares by at least $150 million, the SEC says. The SEC claims the world’s richest man CHEATED the “unsuspecting public.”
The SEC alleges that Musk spent over $500 million purchasing more Twitter shares during the time between the required disclosure and the day of his actual filing. That enabled him to buy stock from the “unsuspecting public at artificially low prices,” the complaint says. He “underpaid” Twitter shareholders by over $150 million during that period, according to the SEC.

Elon Musk CHEATS Democratic X (Twitter) User
Elon promised to uphold the First Amendment on Twitter, which he renamed to X. He stated that he planned to introduce new features to the platform, make its algorithms open-source, combat spambot accounts, and promote free speech, framing the acquisition as the cornerstone of X, an “everything app.”
In early November 2024, X suspended my account. Not sure the exact day, as I wasn’t using X daily. My last comment appears to be November 7, 2024.
And X never provided a reason. I have appealed the suspension multiple times. Receive only an automated response. Believe my last comments were posted November 7, 2024. Was responding to Peter Sweden who asked about Kamala’s 68M votes to Joe Biden’s 81M votes in Election 2020.
I post under the name “Dr Dunkenstein.” Wrote “This happened !!!” The link to the image I included is dead now on X — no longer available. Had taken a post from X by ZeroHedge on November 6, 2024, and added illustrations. I updated the Nov 6th image as vote counts were updated.
Posted a second response. This time to Benny Johnson who falsely claimed The Rapist Felon won by a landslide. Trump got 312 electoral votes. Ronald Reagan won in a landslide with 525 votes, and his hands were much larger as well. Neither post is uncivil nor violates the First Amendment.
Apparently my comment however VIOLATED the X Rules. Was not allowed to post after this time. My previous two comments were supportive of Kamala Harris. The links to the included illustrations are also dead now.

Elon Musk and X banned me; suspended my account permanently. Elon and X now refuse to answer me. Appealed again today. X refuses to explain the charges against me. They DENY me Due Process. It appears Elon Musk and X are violating my First Amendment rights.

As you can see, doesn’t look like my comments or illustrations would violate the X Rules or First Amendment. X Support refuses to provide any information about my alleged infractions. What is going on?
X does however offer me the opportunity to VERIFY my account. That’s what’s going on. It’s a shakedown. Elon Musk, richest man in the world, has wrongly suspended my account because he wants me to VERIFY and PAY. Didn’t do anything wrong. Elon is losing money on X. Thus, it appears to me he cheats users to force them to pay a subscription.
Forwarded this link to X Support. If they are NOT attempting to shake me down for supporting Kamala, they can respond and explain why Elon Musk suspended my account. Their silence supports MY CLAIM this suspension is simply a ruse to cheat an individual with an opposing political viewpoint out of $7/mo or $84/year. I’ll update you if I hear back from X Support. They have ignored my previous 3-4 appeals.
