Democrats in Hawaii CHEAT the people again

In a recent evaluation conducted by the Institute for Corruption Studies at Illinois State University, Hawai’i, known as the Aloha State, once again claimed the rather dubious title of most corrupt in the United States.

Sushi. Bottomless booze. Late-night parties.

UPDATE 4.17.24: Hawai’i officials, the Oligarchs, use booze to grease the wheels of their corrupt political and social system. They deny cannabis, because cannabis users are honorable. Blaze Lovell, Eric Sagara and Irene Casado Sánchez collaborated with the New York Times to expose these corrupt criminals.

CivilBeat and NY Times expose that Hawai’i legislators are FCKING Alcoholics !!! See Inside the Late-Night Parties Where Hawaii Politicians Raked In Money: “Inside the office, just a short walk from the State Capitol in downtown Honolulu, dozens of guests were served sushi prepared by professional chefs and unlimited beer and liquor.” If they smoked pakalolo, they would not be as easily corrupted.

At the end of the night, Wesley Yonamine, the host and a high-ranking airport official, would, together with the politicians, pop open the box and dole out campaign contributions according to a list of pledges obtained before each event. Yep, Hawai’i officials are MOST CORRUPT in USA.

Over 70% of Americans support legal recreational cannabis (marihuana, pot, weed, pakalolo in Hawai’i or puff in Europe). Canada is legal; Mexico is legal; Germany just legalized this month. More importantly, 87% of Democrats across America overwhelmingly support legal cannabis, and Hawai’i is a Democratic-controlled state.

“I also have some thoughts that marijuana might blunt the effect, if you will, of people on these heavy drugs, these horrible drugs, it is a relative sedative, people are far less violent, they are much hungrier. But they, aside from the snacking and stealing Cheetos, will probably do less harm.”

Hawai’i Governor Josh Green, MD

Hawai’i Democratic Gov Josh Green, a medical doctor, says YES. Hawaii’s Democratic state Senate says YES. Seven Democrats however in Hawaii’s state House of Representatives “just said no” to legal pakalolo.

Why? Direct from Washington, DC, Project SAM featured speaker, Jordan Davidson, warned Hawaii’s privileged class that cannabis legalization would increase the likelihood that visitors from Japan and other Asian countries would no longer choose to visit Hawai’i.

Thousands of local residents have invested over a million hours to reform unjust cannabis policy since 2015. Our work didn’t matter at all. The people don’t count in Hawai’i. Members on the House Finance committee claimed they were going to vote 10 NO vs 6 YES on the legalization legislation.

List of Asian Democratic representatives who signaled NO below. Not really Democrats, most are DINOs — Democrats In Name Only. This fraud is part of the corruption in Hawai’i. The Democratic Party does not enforce political allegiance. Lying to voters is acceptable.

Remember these NAMES and FACES in November. Not Democrats. Just Rats!!!

Democratic Finance Chair Kyle Yamashita declined to hold a vote on Senate Bill 3335. Didn’t want to offend; didn’t want to hold legislators accountable to the people. The corrupt country club culture cares about their reputations, “Don’t embarrass us!”

As of today, support for legal marijuana use is highest among self-identified liberals (91%) and Democrats (87%) and lowest among conservatives (52%) and Republicans (55%).

What Happened to Best & Brightest Asians in Hawai’i?

I live in Honolulu, our state capital. Honolulu’s population is about 70% Asian. On mainland, Asians represent about 7% of the USA population. As a third-generation teacher, business and government analyst, I’ve always considered Asians to be the “Best & Brightest” in our nation. Not Asians in management or government positions in Hawai’i.

Asians dominate government and industry; hire friends, family members and political allies, while fostering a tight-knit country club environment that pampers the most rich and wealthy. The privileged have two or three homes; ordinary people have two-to-three jobs!

And Asians detest cannabis users — damned degenerates!!! Drink a beer, dude! American Heart Association research found that Cannabis Users are MORE HEALTHY than the general population. These findings must really upset the alcoholics!

Asians consume large quantities of alcohol. Asians tolerate smoking and smell of tobacco and cigars. Asians enjoy vaping nicotine. All present HUGE health risks to users. New study suggests vaping nicotine can harm the heart: American College of Cardiology found that e-cigarette users are 19% more likely to develop heart failure. Asians don’t mind!

Millions of kids, keiki, teens, young adults walk by store fronts promoting ALCOHOL, ALCOHOL & ALCOHOL. Go inside to get cigarettes, cigars and vaping products. Asians and conservatives say NO to cannabis.

Asians and conservatives also claim they do not like the smell of pakalolo. Conservative Florida is considering legalizing cannabis. A recent survey conducted by the University of North Florida finds broad support for a state constitutional amendment legalizing cannabis (67%), which is above the 60% needed to pass the referendum. Republican Gov Ron DeSantis claims to dislike the smell.

“I’ve gone to some of these cities that have had this everywhere, it smells, there’s all these things. I don’t want to be able to go walk in front of shops and have this. I don’t want every hotel to really smell.”

Florida Republican Gov Ron DeSantis

Advocates for legalization in Florida support clean air: “We agree with Gov. DeSantis and don’t want FL to become like CA and NY where public outdoor smoking is prevalent. This is why we added language giving the FL legislature the authority to limit outdoor and public consumption just like FL does for smoking tobacco products.”

Smell isn’t really the issue. Conservatives don’t really care about kids, as they claim. Legal cannabis protects our keiki. Only 21 and over can purchase. Criminals sell to anyone. Smell is just another ruse to deny cannabis users equal protection under the law.

Native Hawaiians use cannabis as part of their culture. Black folks per capita use cannabis more than White society. And there has been Black-Asian conflict—and Black-Korean conflict more specifically—triggered in part in the LA riots in 1992. Progress continues on mainland. Cannabis opposition shows Hawai’i lags reform.

Corruption TOO HIGH in Hawai’i for Legal Cannabis

Honolulu unfortunately leads the nation with the highest percentage of public corruption convictions per capita, covering the years 1976 to 2024. The state doesn’t actually enforce cannabis prohibition at this time. Cannabis decriminalization efforts in 2019 allows users to possess up to three grams of pakalolo. If caught, these dastardly degenerates suffer a $130 fine. Cannabis therefore is everywhere … keiki can access around most public schools.

Privileged people aren’t hassled. Not the right color or family or creed, user must go to court, pay fines, and be saddled with a criminal record in the broken justice system. Could lose their job. More than 3 grams, less than one ounce: 30 days in jail; $1,000 max fine. 1 oz to 1 lb: 1 year in jail; $2,000 max fine. More than 1 lb: 5 years; $10,000 max fine.

To legalize, Attorney General Anne Lopez wanted to construct a massive new bureaucracy, hire 25 special Hawai’i Five-O type agents and 15 additional prosecutors. One would think such infrastructure was already in place — shootz! Cannabis has been illegal in Hawai’i for over 50 years, right?

As stated, the state doesn’t enforce cannabis prohibition, yet officials have demanded taxpayer money. There is more cannabis than evah. Apparently like alcohol and the Honolulu Liquor Commission, policing pakalolo is just a scam! Only racists deny cannabis legalization.

Corruption is endemic in Hawai'i.
Corruption is endemic in Hawai’i.

Until 1894, Hawai’i was ruled by kings and queens. Political conditions changed in 1887. Lavish tax and spend monarch, King David Kalākaua, was sidelined by local business and plantation owners in 1887 — coincidentally 100 years after the signing of the US Constitution.

William W. Hall led the Honolulu Rifles, who demanded a new constitution that restrained the king and Royal family. Kalākaua was the first king to circumnavigate the globe in an expensive 281-day voyage, demanded the outrageously costly ‘Iolani palace, which had electrical lighting before the US White House, along with electric lighting for privileged residents of Honolulu.

Hall founded Hawaiian Electric in 1891. Hawaiian Electric now controls 95% of the island electrical grid, and has replaced the Royal family as the new monarchy! Asians dominate Hawaiian Electric. Medical cannabis users are denied employment even in NON-Safety Sensitive positions and the culture is alcohol, tobacco and vaping friendly only! FCK cannabis users!

Queen Connie Lau made the MOST MONEY in the Aloha state, until Hawaiian Electric shareholders forced her out in a coup in 2019.
Queen Connie Lau made the MOST MONEY in the Aloha State, until Hawaiian Electric shareholders forced her out in a coup in 2019.

Isolated in the middle of the vast Pacific ocean, basic employees face brutal competition for jobs and therefore must be Top Notch. Management and government officials remain here simply because they cannot make the cut in the more competitive US space, and their elitist culture ensures they take home most of the pineapples. Legal cannabis threatens to shake up the entrenched hierarchy.

Attorney General Lopez betrayed her promise to voters to support recreational cannabis, demanded 18 months to establish a massive government bureaucracy. Hawai’i legalized medical cannabis in 2000 — first state through the legislature — but now last state in the western USA to pass legal recreational cannabis.

Medical cannabis however continues evolution. On March 27, 2024, Gov Green approved amendments to Hawaiʻi Administrative Rules (HAR), Chapter 11-850 (Interim Rules) Medical Cannabis Dispensaries to allow pre-rolled cannabis flower products, also known as “pre-rolls,” as a manufactured cannabis product that may be produced and dispensed through licensed medical cannabis dispensaries in the state. These changes are made in accordance with Act 108 SLH 2023 and become effective on April 5, 2024.

The medical cannabis system works efficiently. When New Mexico legalized recreational cannabis on April 12, 2021, their first licensed sales began April 1, 2022. Hawai’i could simply allow additional “medical cannabis” type dispensaries, tax recreation cannabis at higher rates than medical in the same dispensary, and open doors within months. Eh brah, why no can den?

Not difficult. Lopez doesn’t need lengthy time to develop policy. Some 24 states already have templates. Privileged elites want to place their friends, family and political allies in the high paying government positions.

Former Republican Gov Linda Lingle, LONG RETIRED, joined county police chiefs, prosecutors, Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi and conservatives to rally against legal cannabis. Who wants to piss off retired Grandma Linda? Legal cannabis is a risk we cannot take, she warns! Illicit cannabis puts our keiki at risk; funds criminals, drug dealers and cartels. Of course, not near Linda’s privileged plantation home — just near your child’s public school. Someone please buy Linda a mai tai !!!

“The bottom line is this is a risk we just can’t take. We have big issues here to solve and this would make those big issues almost impossible to solve.”

Linda Lingle and Honolulu Prosecutor Steve Alm: Can't Take The Risk !!!
Linda Lingle and Honolulu Prosecutor Steve Alm: Can’t Take The Risk !!!

Yep!!! Legal Cannabis certainly does SMELL BAD in Hawai’i — not from users; but from fraudulent Democratic legislators who cheat hard-working families, and insensitive opponents who continue racist policies in the Aloha State.
