Female Asian Financial Assassin Targets Americans with Cryptocurrency Scam

On January 12, 2024, I was contacted by Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones [FACEBOOK address]. By January 23, 2024, she said she “cherish[ed] every moment we are together,” and changed our Facebook messenger theme to love. By January 25, 2024, she told me, “I love you.” By January 26, she wished me, “Good morning! I hope your day is full of sunshine and goodness my love ❤” … yet after I called out inconsistencies in her marketing pitch and demanded we meet, she ended the day saying, “I never want to see you, you disgusting piece of shit.”

UPDATE 6.16.24: First reported by ClearHealthLife, CNN now has alerted readers to the “massive scam” involving false cryptocurrency schemes primarily by Chinese criminal organizations:

Dennis was one of countless victims of a massive global criminal operation predominantly run by Chinese gangs who have built a multibillion-dollar scam industry in Southeast Asia. There, they’ve assembled an army of scammers, many held against their will in guarded compounds and forced to con people all around the world out of their life savings.

CNN claims the theft is at a “scale so large that investigators are now calling it a mass transfer of wealth from middle-class Americans to criminal gangs. Last year, the FBI estimates, pig butchering scams stole nearly $4 billion from tens of thousands of American victims, a 53% increase from the year before.”

Santa Clara county prosecutor Erin West has dedicated the last few years to fighting pig butchering scams. “I’ve been a prosecutor for over 25 years, I’ve done all kinds of different types of crime. I spent nine years in sexual assault. And I’ve never seen the absolute decimation of people that I’ve seen as a result of pig butchering.”

UPDATE 6.15.24: Contacted by Thong Lor. Had similar experience. Believe there are warehouses of Asian women peddling these false, fraudulent cryptocurrency scams. Be warned !!! Don’t get taken by criminals.

After alerting Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, of this article, she responded to my friend on 1.31.24. We asked her to unblock me and tell me herself:

Please help me tell him, thank you for his reminder and help, which made me realize my shortcomings and how to improve.

No, I’m just thankful for his reminder. It helps me improve my script and scam. I’m all about scamming Americans. I’m Chinese. It’s economic warfare! Sooner or later America will be defeated by the Chinese and become a slave to them.

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, 1.31.24

Seems everyone wants to cheat Americans right now. Millions flood across our border. Ukrainians want our financial and military backing. Israel wants our financial and military backing. Alice Jones and her corrupt crew of criminals appear to as well. It’s important to educate yourselves.

Cryptocurrencies are digital currencies, such as Bitcoin or Ethereum and many others, that are currently receiving lots of buzz. Many Americans have little understanding how these financial products work. If you examine a paper US $1 bill, you see it has a serial number. Although we could copy the bill on a business copier, most of us would know it is fake. The US Treasury has many ways to prevent counterfeiting of our dollars.

Cryptocurrencies are electronic, digital … imagine taking a digital photo. You can copy the photo endlessly, and it’s still the same digital photo. Can’t tell which is the original. Cryptocurrencies therefore are recorded on distributed public ledgers called “blockchains.” The blockchains track the digital serial number of the “coin,” “token” or “credit,” as the currency passes from person-to-person. This process requires massive server farms of computers to record millions of transaction per day to prevent counterfeiting of the individual digital coin.

Most Americans have little use for digital coins. Can’t use cryptocurrency to purchase a loaf of bread at your nearby market. Can’t use cryptocurrency to purchase a stamp at the post office. Can’t use cryptocurrency to buy dinner or a movie ticket. For most investors, the purpose is purely speculative. They purchase hoping the price will increase. The only people who actually have uses for cryptocurrencies are criminals. These digital funds can be used to buy illegal guns, drugs or traffic in human beings.

Cryptocurrencies Used by Financial Speculators and Criminals

In this scam, an individual claiming to be Alice Jones contacted me through FACEBOOK messenger. It’s a relatively new account. First post was May 3, 2023. Pictures and profile represent an alleged Alice Jones, but I do not believe the person who wrote to me was the same person in the photos. I held a short video chat with Alice Jones. She did not appear to be smart enough to be a Columbia Law School grad. Her office appeared to be fake, like a movie set. She also didn’t appear that familiar with our previous conversations and had no interest in speaking longer with me — although she had an hour block set aside. I believe Alice Jones is the “face” behind an internet cybercurrency scam. Alice Jones in the pictures might not even be aware that these grifters are using her photos.

Due to internet anonymity, I can’t be sure Alice Jones lives in Toronto, Canada. Could live anywhere. How do we know what is real in this world full of fake images and people?

Cryptocurrencies today are used primarily by financial speculators or criminals. Not much use for these coins by ordinary American families. Their mystique and newness can lead to financial scams. I was contacted by an Asian female on Facebook, January 12, 2024. Is Alice Jones real?

Jan 12, 2024 @ 11:40am
Hi Scott, it’s nice to talk to you here, I hope I’m not intruding on your presence.

She identifies as Alice Jones. Right! Asian females aren’t named Alice Jones. She explained her actual name is Jiali Ouyang, and that she uses Alice Jones as her “westernized name.” This practice is common with Asian immigrants. Alice said she love to play poker and sent me a $3,500 buy-in receipt from Wynn Las Vegas to prove to me she really exists. Alice is a con artist, a grifter!

Jiali Ouyang Buy-In Receipt for poker at Wynn in Las Vegas
Jiali Ouyang Buy-In Receipt for poker at Wynn in Las Vegas

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, told me she attended school in NYC and graduated from Columbia Law School. She said she originated from Singapore, currently lives in Toronto, Canada, is single and the director of Legal Affairs & Counsel at CapitalLand in Toronto. Although the director of a major corporation, Alice didn’t have much to do: “I don’t have a lot of work at the moment, I’m just completing simple paperwork …”

“By the way, I used to study mainly corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, financial law and tax law, which is in line with my current job … my volunteerism has always been to work in the field of financial research after graduation, maybe it’s because I like the competitive and highly rewarding atmosphere of Wall Street, but my parents preferred me to work in the field of law.”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, spoke of her “expert” aunt, who has advised her financially: “My aunt is currently a co-founder at Sequoia Capital, and usually just works online, while she and her crypto analytics team work at JPMorgan Chase’s headquarters in New York City, where I often refer to her as Amelia, whose Chinese name is Pu Xiaoyan.”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, quickly turned our personal conversation into a professional marketing pitch: “So why wouldn’t you consider investing in cryptocurrencies?” She added:

It’s good that diversification is in your favor. For cryptocurrency in the current situation of a development we can see its good value, many countries and the United States of America’s large shopping malls are using cryptocurrency payment, which for the future is a good prospect, and my aunt has been studying cryptocurrency for more than 10 years, and has its own professional analysis team, in cryptocurrency investment, I have gained a good profit.

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, January 16, 2024

Although Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, may exist, she is a fake, a fraud, a con artist. She is perpetrating a massive PONZI scheme on Americans. To remind you, a A PONZI scheme is an investment fraud that pays existing investors with funds collected from new investors. Ponzi scheme organizers often promise to invest your money and generate high returns with little or no risk.

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, soon wanted my picture: “If you don’t mind we can share a picture of ourselves with each other here lol, then remember the rule between us, men first!”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, wrote to me today. “In my conception of love, this is how I understand it: it takes 500 meals, 500 movies, 500 days and nights to understand someone, to get closer bit by bit. When you have a desire to talk to someone, it is often the beginning of love, when you want to talk to someone, it is the beginning of distrust of the relationship. Love is a particularly difficult thing, two people to be able to appreciate each other and spend many ordinary days together. It’s hard to fall in love with someone because of living too sober, when deciding to fall in love with someone, it’s time to start acting confused. She is happy, she is sad, but she actually knows everything in her heart. She hopes to meet the love, is really have nothing to say when, that person can also reach out a hand, suggesting her, I know what you think now, you do not feel lonely, I will always be.”

I asked to video chat — our second — January 30, 2024. We spoke for about five minutes. Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, can barely speak English. She claims she is 37 years of age; graduate of Columbia Law School; and currently director of Legal Affairs & Counsel at CapitalLand in Toronto.

Are you busy, I asked? “No, today is relatively relaxed. I am reading a book this afternoon. What about you?” I attempted to video chat at 10:05am. “Wait a minute, I’ll call you later. When I got back to the office, I was just in the bathroom.” She was allegedly writing to me from the bathroom! LOL

At 10:25am, she wrote, “OK, I’m back in the office, I now need to log in my messenger to my Mac.” Took her five minutes to “log in,” but we were chatting through Facebook messenger at the time. Her story never adds up. The writer had to get the “pretty face” set up for a video chat.

I recorded this second conversation. She is soft-spoken, barely can speak English. Told me she was “too shy” to answer my questions. She asked me to talk about love. I repeatedly asked her. She refused to engage me in conversation … she “LOVES ME!!!” Would like to have two children with me. She writes long essays in English. Can’t speak more than a few words.

The woman in the video chat is not the woman in the many photos. She claims to be 37 years of age. The person writing to me is not either of these two women. Likely some hillbilly in West Virginia!

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, said she wanted to visit me in Hawai’i: “Of course, my plan is to come to Hawai’i this summer to play golf and spend my vacation here. I’m hoping I can learn to surf and snorkel on this vacation, and I’ve heard there are some great golf courses in Maui.”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, claimed she wanted to start a romance with me: “I think it’s just us sharing with each other, I like to share my life and photos with my friends, but I like to share with each other even more, I think sharing is not only a virtue, it’s also a kind of romance.”

I denied her request for photos. Once she mentioned cryptocurrency, I knew this was a marketing pitch. I assume her efforts were a scam, but was interested in the overall fraud. Told her I wanted to meet in-person.

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, wrote, “Thank you for your candor and honesty, I appreciate it. I completely understand your preference for face-to-face interactions, they add depth to a relationship, and I equally agree with the idea of building a solid foundation before considering a long-distance relationship. I am curious and excited about continuing to get to know each other, and I believe that true connection happens when we are in each other’s presence. I’m looking forward to exploring where this relationship takes us and sharing those moments together!”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, was clear that romance was possible in our future!

I am looking for a true partner in life who not only supports each other emotionally, but also becomes a close partner in business. I believe that sharing similar values and goals is essential to building a long-lasting and happy relationship. In life, I want a partner who can rely on each other, share joys and work through challenges together. And in our careers, I expect that we can inspire each other, support each other’s career goals, grow and achieve more together. This joint effort and understanding will lead to a richer and more meaningful life!

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, January 17, 2024

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, told me about her best friend: “Regarding Evelyn, she is truly a soul full of fun and stories and like my adopted sister, we are great friends. I’ll tell you more about her later.” Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, shared a pictured allegedly with her uncle.

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, told me about her pastimes: “I am a health and vitality conscious person. I like to stay fit, so I don’t smoke and only drink some alcohol on special occasions. I love food, especially savoring all kinds of delicious meats. Shopping and enjoying movies are my usual ways of relaxing, while attending golf and Texas Hold’em tournaments are my favorite things to do!”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, told me about her love expectations: “As for my love life, I think little surprises are a wonderful part of life, so I would appreciate flowers or chocolates brought to me by my partner, a heartwarming expression that makes life more colorful.”

“For a partnership, I believe that sharing interests, mutual respect and support are the cornerstones of a strong relationship. In everyday life, I focus on mutual understanding and communication, and hope that we can create good memories together. What are your views on these aspects?”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, wanted to see who I was: “Haha, thanks for the compliment, but I think we could have a face-to-face conversation via video call, I’m sure it would be more fun! Sure, I think it’s a good time, we can do this tomorrow afternoon when it should be your morning lol”

Once again, corporate legal director Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, told me she didn’t have much to do: “Of course, I don’t have a lot of work right now, so we can chat anytime lol”

We held the initial video chat on January 19, 2024. Lasted about seven minutes. For a woman who wanted to get to know me, the conversation was strange. Seven minutes? She blocked an hour. It was simply a “meet & greet” to be sure I existed.

After we concluded, she immediately contacted by via Facebook messenger: “Nice to meet you too Scott, you’re even more handsome than I thought you would be, it’s the first time I’ve seen you, lol”

Apparently I made quite an impression in seven minutes. Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, claimed we were perfect for each other: “Maybe it’s because our souls are so in tune with each other, I’m guessing it’s above 90%.”

Thank you. What are you doing now? Honey … Do you like it when I call you honey?

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, January 19, 2024

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, now claimed she had a busy week: “I don’t have much planned for tonight haha, I’m wrapping up a busy week at work and just relaxing right now, I’m planning a weekend trip to the Blue Mountains with Evelyn to take a dip in the hot springs, it’s the perfect way to unwind in the cold weather!”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones Introduces the Scam

“Now I’m going to leave, I’m going to collect my blockchain authentication proceeds, and I’ll be back later to share with you!” Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, provided three screenshots of alleged earnings, but denied my additional requests. There is NO DATE on the screenshots. Could be anytime. Can’t verify. And Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, denied my additional requests to verify these claims.

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, explains the fraud: “Dear, I have just received my block chain certification. Can you guess how much I have earned? Wow, dear, you successfully calculated my income, but there was no $10,000. At the moment my principal is $500,000 and my interest rate is 1.5 per cent a day, so my daily gain is around $7,500, which is very stable! It’s just my day’s payoff. … Thank you, dear, this is very good for me. How much do you know about block chain authentication … It’s true, my dear, we will explore the wealth of knowledge together, learn from each other and progress together!

The project I am carrying out is a block chain authentication project, which does not need management and is safe and stable. Through the link of smart contracts, my safepal wallet account is linked to the block chain network. My funds help each transaction in the block chain network to authenticate, authenticate authenticity and plasticity, and the authentication commission obtained is my investment profit.

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, January 19, 2024

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, continued, “How much do you know about this blockchain certification investment so far? This is my income today. At present, the investment I am involved in can bring me income every day, and I can settle the income four times a day.”

Safe, Stable and Risk-Free, and Flexible Funding

“This is not mining, mining is a cost of manpower and energy. [FALSE: it is mining] The meaning of block chain authentication is very simple, that is, we invest money in safepal wallet, and then connect the safepal wallet with the block chain system through invitation letters. There are countless encrypted currency transactions every minute and every second in the block chain network. If you invest 10,000 US dollars, then this 10,000 US dollars will help the transactions worth 10,000 US dollars to authenticate, authenticate security, authenticity and plasticity, when the certification is completed, each transaction will pay a fee, then the fee is your certification commission, which is your blockchain certification profit.” [Her description is gibberish!]

“This investment is calculated by USDT, which is built on the ETH public chain, and the income is calculated by the stability rate of USDT. When the certification reward is ETH. When I get ETH reward can be converted into USDT.”

“This is true, and you can clearly see the return on this investment! Safe, stable and risk-free, and flexible funding. The investment is a concession campaign launched by Binance companies in conjunction with safepal Wallet, with the aim of seizing the crypto market to expand their traffic. That’s why this investment is so profitable at the moment.”

“Yes, because blockchain certifications are time-sensitive, it’s not an investment that will be around for a long time, and if it’s around permanently, then I can pretty much choose to retire now without having to work haha, which means I lost 0.2% due to the funding cycle”

This Offer is a PONZI Scheme

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, summarized: “This is the interest rate chart (above) my aunt sent me when I was involved in this investment, so you can understand it very well. The current rate is 1.2% for US$100,000. If the profit per day is US$1,200, then it is US$36,000 per month. This is a very substantial profit! I currently have about $550,000 in my safepal wallet, so my current interest rate is 1.5%. Mine is almost retiring at 40-45 because I still love the job. Of course, it’s what I dream of doing and I’m sure in the future we’ll build such a wonderful life and future together.”

“This investment project is not long-term at present. This investment is a profit-sharing activity launched by Binance. The purpose is to seize the hot crypto market and expand its traffic. So this investment won’t be around long-term just yet. But I think in the short term, as long as I invest a lot of my principal, I believe I can increase my interest rate to get greater returns.”

“Tomorrow my principal will reach $1 million and my interest rate will increase to 1.7 percent. So within 60 days, my $1 million will double or even more. And my aunt doesn’t just have this one investment. When this investment project is over, I may also participate in aunt’s other investment projects. I’m not worried.”

“I think you already know that the purpose of Binance launching this investment is to expand their traffic, stabilize their ranking and transaction volume and user volume. Binance this is achieved, the investment will be slowly closed. After closing this investment, our money will still be in our safepal wallet, but it will not generate income. But it is not tomorrow, it is expected to be in 2 months.”

“This is not an investment open to the public, you have to be invited by a broker that works with Binance to get node credentials to build smart contracts, so I can’t help you, I have to get it from my aunt. Get the node credentials there and if you really want to learn I’ll let you talk to her but before we do that don’t you think we should sort out the issues between us first? Unless we love each other, I have no obligation to help you!”

Return to Romance

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, fueled our budding romance of one week: “OK, dear, we can continue tomorrow, hope you can have a productive day! Sweet dreams and good night!” She added, “I would love to share everything in my life with you, and I’m glad we can share more with each other, sharing is a romance!”

As I was concerned about the viability of this investment, Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, assured me: “Dear, I understand very well what you are worried about. There is no need to be so nervous between us. We can be natural, I also hope you don’t feel too much pressure, we should learn to enjoy life, enjoy each other together! I think when we are together, we don’t have to worry about the loss or devaluation of our wealth. Auntie and her professional analysis team will help many rich people take care of their wealth and plan good investment plans every day. This is very safe. I’m not worried, and I hope you don’t have to worry about it. We can trust Auntie. You are not stupid, you should know that it is a very wise choice to participate in the investment with [my] aunt.”

I asked if she cared more about money or me? Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, continued: “My dear, of course I will choose you. But I believe my aunt is willing to help us. She also hopes that while we are happy, we can build wealth. This can be both. I understand your good and wonderful plan for me! I also hope you can understand that when we are together, you are meeting my family, and knowing my aunt in advance is also a great help to us. Dear.”

“Of course, I’ll I tell my parents about our relationship! I’m sure it will get their blessing, and I love the fact that our relationship can be blessed and recognized by all, and that we’ll be putting our best foot forward for our parents across the street!”

I hope you had a wonderful day, you know? Whenever I think of you, an involuntary smile always spreads on my face, Evelyn noticed something different about me and she asked me if I was in love, what do you think I should answer her?

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, January 20, 2024

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, showed her best friend, Evelyn (above). Evelyn told her that she looked like a girl in love. Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, repeated that she is in love with me: “The world is full of people, and the notion that chance has brought us together is truly remarkable. It was like finding a needle in a haystack, but our hearts and souls recognized each other in the vastness of possibilities. I feel so blessed to be able to share this journey with you!”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, tells me of her wealth: “Haha thanks for the compliments honey, I’m glad to hear you say that, we’re home now and had a great time today, it was wonderful experience! I’m picking out a gift for my aunt right now, I want to purchase a watch to gift her but I’m kind of torn on what brand I should choose right now lol”

“What do you think about this watch? honey, this is Patek Philippe 4948R-001 model in rose gold, I think it looks very beautiful, noble and elegant! Just the price may be a bit expensive, about $100K ….”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, allegedly bought her Aunt Amelia a $100,000 watch
Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, allegedly bought her Aunt Amelia a $100,000 watch

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, explained her $100,000 purchase: “Of course, it’s a gift from my heart because she has helped me so much in my work and life in general, including when I first joined the workforce and also during covid-19 when I was facing the crisis of impending bankruptcy, so I should have a thankful heart, and the truth is I’m not a genius at all as you say lol, I’ve had failures in starting my own business and in investing, and I wouldn’t have been the same person I am now if I hadn’t had her guidance and help, so she’s the most important person in my life.”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, is falling into my tenderness!

Our meeting, acquaintance and then mutual attraction is a magical and romantic process, I do not know why I have such strong feelings for you, in fact, from my divorce until now, no one has really come into my heart, you gave me a feeling I have never felt before, I can’t say what’s so good, but it’s irreplaceable, I think I may be slowly falling into your tenderness …. .lol

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, January 20, 2024

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, added: “I was touched by your words, I’m glad that our connection is unfolding at a comfortable pace, I appreciate the genuine connection we are building and I think we should celebrate that not only do we share common values, but that our souls are 99% in tune with each other!”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, Urges Use of WhatsApp

Not sure why, but Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, demanded: “Of course, like you said we have very strong feelings for each other and our souls are closely connected! By the way, dear, maybe you can download a WhatsApp, I keep in touch with my loved ones and friends there and I hope we can connect in more places … Here lol, I wish we were connecting in more places.” I denied her request. We continued on Facebook messenger.

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, told me after we get married, she would like to have children: “Is this going to be too soon? lol but I hope it’s two, one male and one female.”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, stepped up the sex appeal to keep me interested: “Is that gentle enough for you? Haha, it’s a woman’s right to be naughty, but you have to be careful, if you’re a naughty, bad boy, then you might get punished … Maybe there are worse punishments, like, whipping”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, promises sexual pleasures, like whipping
Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, promises sexual pleasures, like whipping

I asked about her hair. Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, said: “Oh and I cut it a little shorter, it’s just about where my boobs are, this is a pic from a long time ago lol, there was a time when I cut my hair short in a sudden fit of rage and then regretted it.”

More romance from Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones: “Hope all is well with your work! My love … And can you promise you’ll be a good boy? Oh that’s not what you should do, I think what you should do is you should find a way to make me happy lol”

Turn the Tables on the Scammers

I worked this situation to gather information, but also trap Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, in her web of lies and deception. She said she loved me. Said she wanted us to continue our relationship. Said the $100,000 gift to her Auntie Amelia meant little to her. There now was an opening.

Claiming confusion, I said we should start slowly with an investment so we could watch and learn. She proposed I invest just $5,000. She mentioned she would spend Chinese New Year with her parents in the Bay Area, USA. I proposed I meet her there so she could introduce me to her parents.

THE PROPOSAL: Here’s my thought. You believe in this investment, as you’re coached by auntie. Harder for me as I haven’t spoken directly with her. You say you love me. You say you want a real man. To land a real man, you must be a real woman. You must fight for a real man! He then will fight for you.

You recently purchased or considered purchasing a $100K watch for auntie. Very loving and generous. That’s the type of person you are! I admire that about you. I ask you now to put up the $5K seed money to launch my account. Together, we’ll watch it grow … discuss … and as I learn, I’ll be more comfortable about DIVING IN.

I’ve got $100K that needs to move somewhere. You haven’t been able to answer some of my key concerns. You recently purchased or considered purchasing a $100K watch for auntie. Very loving and generous. That’s the type of person you are! I admire that about you.

Let’s work together on this small step. If you truly want us to grow together, show me your REAL love at this time. Let’s have fun! And let’s meet in Bay Area for Chinese NY and truly get this relationship going

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, responded: “This is of course possible. As for our relationship, I don’t think this $5,000 is a big thing. Our relationship is far greater than this $5,000. But I also hope that we can work together and create wealth to create our future! I have a good suggestion, maybe we can start your account together, and I’m willing to put up $2,000 for you. I think it is fair to us each other, of course, I also believe that you will have a good understanding.”

I said $2,000 isn’t enough. The minimum level is $5,000 for the investment to begin returning payouts. We must invest at least $5,000.

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, responded: “Yes, honey, you can put up $3,000 and I can put up $2,000 for you, which I think makes sense to us all and is very fair.”

I protested. “I don’t yet believe in this investment opportunity. I don’t have your knowledge. Don’t have an auntie with such insight. I need you to lead on this investment. Sometimes you will need me to go first in our relationship. Other times you will need to be first. a REAL man steps forward to protect his love when he is called. Likewise, a REAL woman carries the burden when it is her turn. We talk about having two children. You will have to step up to bear & birth our keiki. I will have to carry you and protect you throughout this time. Then we will march forward hand in hand to raise our adorable, beautiful children.”

“Show me your courage now. Show me you truly are a smart risk-taker. If you believe, fight for your man, your love … I need you to be the leader at this time — if we want to achieve greatness together!!!”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, responded: “Like I said, I’ll help you come up with $2,000, and you can come up with $3,000 yourself. This is a good suggestion. At the same time, it is also for us to trust each other. You can open your phone’s App store and search for crypto.com, then download it.”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, continued: “The $5,000 is nothing to me, I can help you, but if I help you come up with the $5,000, why don’t I just put it into your account. When you invest money is in your account, not in my account. I have already told you the risk and stability of investment. If you think I am cheating you, you can choose not to invest. I will always help you come up with $2,000 and you come up with $3,000. I don’t think you have any trust in me. I helped you ask my aunt if there is a spare block chain certification invitation quota, and also helped to pay $2,000. I think I have helped you. If you are not satisfied, we can say goodbye. Because you have no trust in me and no love for me.”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, became disappointed: “If you want to participate, do not participate, do not say love, we can say goodbye, you make me very angry, there is no trust between us. Let me very disappointed!”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, got angry: “And what you did today is so infuriating and I’ve had enough, you loser.”

I mentioned a number of inconsistencies in her comments. Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, said: “That’s because I didn’t notice the request you made, I’ve never refused to meet you, but it doesn’t matter now, I never want to see you, you disgusting piece of shit”

I asked to speak with Auntie Amelia. Live Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, can’t speak English professionally. She’s certainly not a millionaire; not an attorney from Columbia Law School; not a director of legal services in Canada. She’s a pretty face on top of this pig.

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, on January 30, 2024: “If you want to continue to learn about this investment, I will help you make an appointment with my aunt. The minimum capital for the blockchain certification project is $5,000. This shouldn’t make you feel stressed, right?”

I agreed: “Okay, honey, I will contact her and ask her when she is free. At the same time, I will tell her about our relationship. I hope you can have a pleasant and wonderful conversation! But please be polite and respectful, she doesn’t like people who don’t respect time … She usually uses WhatsApp or LINE to communicate with people, I think you need to download and install one of them.”

I denied using WhatsApp or LINE. These are used by foreign scammers. I offered to use Zoom or FACEBOOK. Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, concluded: “Well, in that case, let’s not talk about it anymore, just pretend that I haven’t shared it with you, this investment is not the most important, you can continue to invest on your own.”

Jiali Ouyang, AKA Alice Jones, final comment: “Well, I understand now that you are a very stubborn and rigid person. I think we are not suitable. If we really get together, I think our personalities will have a lot of quarrels and maybe even fights. This is what I don’t want to see. In this case, the long-term pain is worse than the short-term pain. Goodbye, I wish you good luck, and I hope you will meet the Chinese woman who belongs to you soon!” They blocked me at this point.

  1. Good grief!! Anybody would have to be an idiot to try a scam you. And you are so calm with her. I was cracking up. You brought a bit of joy for me this morning. I’ve had a rough week after slipping on the ice and landing on my face and hand. So I’m dealing with a broken bone near the pad of my thumb, two large hematoma’s on my cheek and chin, concussion and bruising. I needed a good laugh this morning! Thank you Scott!

    1. Hello. Unfortunately, I was involved in a similar Scam. I never thought I would be a person that would fall for a scam like this. I questioned her numerous times because I had red flags, but she seemed to convince me every time that she was legitimate. I consistently got a 20% return on every investment which at the end of the day, I guess greed got the best of my common sense. This is a very unscrupulous, and I would say sociopathic individual. She will go above and beyond and drawn out a relationship to con you that she cares for you and wants financial security for the person she’s conning, and including herself so you both will have a fruitful relationship. At the end of the day she does not care who she hurts. She’ll bring up that she has a child, sick mother, dead father, etc. I hope the authorities do everything in their power to bring this person to justice. She made a comment to me that she will never be caught and she’ll be the richest person in California because money pays for everything. please stay clear of this woman. I pray she’s brought to Justice

    1. She is very believable. Well-organized scammer group. Seems to be major operation … many people involved. Your story helps others. Appreciate you taking the time to add your history. Aloha e a hui hou

  4. hey guy, sadly I saw this post to late. I was part of her new scam. For me she used Aileen as her name. Her new scam was an online shopping that you put usdt into and “people “ buy it. You have to put your own money in to fulfill the orders and as time goes by the orders get bigger and bigger so it causes you to add more and more money to cover. She mentions the return is 20%. And that’s how she’s making a living. The website is done-mall.com. Please please do not fall for this new scam. I tried searching online for this website but nothing came up. She claims it dolphin mall online store base in Miami. I reached out to them and they said they do not have an online store. Sadly I already invested a lot of money into it now. So I can’t pull out the money due to me always having “orders”. Customer service will tell you that you can’t withdraw due to open orders.
Side note! I found this out now and I’m still taking to her at the moment. She is trying to convince me to add $100,000 into my fake shop. I’m not doing it. I’m currently talking to her faking my conversations to waste her time.

    1. Aloha Jin ~
Thanks for adding to this story. It appears these scammers have a large operation. One man I spoke with lost $5,000. See if you can get them to front any money to you … try to SCAM the scammers. Send pictures or additional details if you can. Mahalo from Hawai’i !!!

    1. Aloha Sam ~

  5. Hi,
This woman (or someone using her photo) contacted me today. I’m from Brazil and I’m selling a car. She gave me a WhatsApp number to get in touch, claiming she was interested in the car.

However, when I saw the profile picture, I became suspicious. I did a reverse image search and found your article. She probably thought I was a man and tried to scam me.

Thanks for sharing this information with us!

    1. Aloha Franciele~
