Suffering the United States of Cruelty

Many of you know I’m blessed to live in Hawai’i, known as the Aloha state. Mostly a marketing slogan. Management and government officials are quite cruel. The joke here is they have two homes; the rest of us have two jobs.

In 1850, the kings and local business leaders in Hawai’i passed the Masters & Servants Act. They became the masters of plantations and business operations. They viewed everyone else as their servants. Not much has changed in 173 years. The cruelty observed in Hawai’i has now spread throughout the world.

The United States of America has become the United States of Cruelty, and we have exported our cruelty to others. We have discarded our basic commitments to human compassion and kindness. Israeli families and their children disparage Palestinians on TikTok by laughing at them for having no electricity, mocking their appearance and comparing them to dogs. Why is the Unites States supporting such cruelty?

In part this de-evolution is due to religion. God is love, they say. God is war and oppression to many Christians and Jews. Doesn’t matter to them. They consider Palestinians to be “horrible inhuman animals.” Isn’t this what Hitler said about Jews?

Dan Gillerman, former Israel ambassador to the UN, I’m puzzled at the concern the world keeps showing for the Palestinian people, they are horrible inhuman animals.

In 1948, the United States arm-twisted the United Nations and governments around the world to designate the British Mandate for Palestine as a permanent home for Jewish people.

Zionists had bombed the King David Hotel in 1946. The British wanted no part of their terrorism. Christians suffered tremendous guilt for their role in the Nazi Holocaust. Nine Arab countries — Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE — issued a joint statement condemning the targeting of civilians and violations of international law in Gaza, adding that self-defence does not justify neglecting the rights of Palestinians.

“This is not a war, this is genocide, which has already killed about 2,000 children who had nothing to do with it. I don’t know how a person can wage a war knowing that the result will be more deaths of innocent children.”

Brazilian President Lula

People blame Germans, but Christians for centuries peddled the claim that Jews killed the Christ. The German economy was in ruins after WWI, and Hitler exploited Jewish-run banks to rally locals behind his authoritarian and world-dominate agenda. “Jews killed the Christ,” he said, “And Jews are destroying Germany. Kill all the Jews.” Hitler was raised in a devote Catholic environment.

German theologians argued Catholics were obliged to support the new regime not merely because it was the legal authority, but because it represented Germany itself. Catholic and liberal thinking (it was proclaimed) could never be reconciled, but Catholicism and Nazism could and should march hand in hand. [source]

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu makes it clear to the entire world that he believes his people are gods chosen ones and they are fighting forces of darkness. How can anyone who isn’t a Jewish supremacist support This nonsense? He thinks it’s the crusades. What county will be next?

Israeli PM Netanyahu: We are the people of the light, they are the people of darkness. We shall realize the prophesy of Isaiah.

This collective Christian guilt and enormous political pressure from Zionists led to the creation of a Jewish nation, Israel, in the midst of Arab and Muslim territory. Libya now has expelled the American, British, French and Italian ambassadors for their support of Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

Today, a life-long friend of some 50 years, Julie Christensen, posted the following meme on social media. Green represents the Arab world; Israel is the tiny speck inside the highlighted box. Over 75 years of war and violence due to this tiny speck. Why?

The green in the Arab world. That tiny speck is Israel
The Tiny Speck is Israel and the Tiny Speck has led to 75 years of war and violence.

Linked to the meme were comments by Edward Levite, The Gospel & Spiritual Warfare. He writes, “The land of Israel has been populated by the Jewish people since 2000 BC. Here’s the timeline, in case you didn’t realize that it is their homeland, as designated by Lord Jesus Christ.”

In 1948, the UN established the State of Israel, the nation of Jews. Don’t buy the Palestinian lies that they are entitled to the land. It simply is not true. God will also provide a way for his chosen people to live in Israel, as He has for thousands of years. Pray for the people of Israel.

Unfortunately, God and Lord Jesus Christ did not provide for the Zionists. The United Nations, backed by the USA, much of Western Europe, did. And the Zionist experiment has been a total failure. To make room for Jewish families, Palestinians were booted from their homes — without compensation, “Get out or die!”

I asked Julie Christensen a hypothetical question. Although we had been close, dear friends for 50+ years, she unfriended me and blocked me forever. Julie is a Mormon from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormons). During my high school days, I was surrounded by Mormons. Here’s our basketball team, and Julie’s husband Kevin Christensen (in yellow):

Our star player that year was #14, Byron in the Woods. The Mormon Church transferred Byron from his home in South Dakota to our small town. Byron was a Lakota indigenous tribal member. The Church hoped to educate the “Indian” out of him and make him a real American. Byron died a few years ago after a hard life; my close friend #10, Wally Kelly, also died young. Wally was from a devote Catholic family. Most of the team were Mormons.

I remain deeply thankful to my teammates, coaches, classmates, and in particular, the Mormon Church for my foundation. Our family was not Mormon. They were civil rights activists. The Mormon Church believed Black people were cursed:

For many years, the Mormon Church has claimed that Native Americans were the descendants of one of the lost tribes of Israel that migrated to the Americas around 600 B.C. In addition, according to Mormon doctrine, this tribe divided into two groups, the Nephites, who were whites, and the Lamanites, who became black as a punishment for worshiping idols.

Claude Mariottini, The Mormon Church and the Lost Tribes of Israel

Although many Mormon fathers of the beautiful, kind young women like Julie that I dated, as well as church leaders, urged me to join the Mormon religion, my family made it clear that such a decision was a “hard no.” They wanted no part of this racism.

The Church however left many positive lasting impressions on me. I value their commitment to clean living: no smoking, drinking alcohol, illicit drugs or pre-marital sexual behavior. They focus on building and maintaining strong, nuclear families. And, in general, I have found Mormons to be honest, hard-working people. I simply do not agree with their religious beliefs.

“We were taught all the blessings of that Hebrew lineage belonged to us and that we were special people. It not only made me feel special, but it gave me a sense of transcendental identity, an identity with God.”

Jose A. Loayza, Salt Lake City attorney

And Mormons now passionately support Zionists and the nation of Israel. They consider all to be special people; they consider themselves to be special. This cultural and religious supremacy is cruel. God, Jesus Christ our Lord & Savior, said to love one another … not steal the land of others. And Zionists have been stealing land from Palestinians for 75 years under threat of USA and Israel nuclear weapons. That’s not God. God freed Moses and the Hebrew with a simple staff.

DNA Tests Contradict the Teachings of the Mormon Church

A few years ago, Jose A. Loayza said his faith was shaken in the Mormon Church and identity stripped away by DNA evidence showing that the ancestors of American natives came from Asia, not the Middle East. [source]

For Mormons, the lack of discernible Hebrew blood in Native Americans is no minor collision between faith and science. It burrows into the historical foundations of the Book of Mormon, a 175-year-old transcription that the church regards as literal and without error. [read fully story here] The Church is not “true.” This inconvenient truth led Julie Christensen to unfriend and block me today.

I had asked Julie Christensen and friends to consider the following example when passing judgment on Israel and the Palestinians:

Why would Zionists seek to live in the middle of Arab Muslim nations? An outside observer would find such people to be quite silly to force themselves into the middle of this sea of different people and culture.

As a young athlete, I trained in Black-dominated areas of California, such as Compton and Inglewood. Sometimes I was the only White guy. Imagine had I told the guys and gals, “God has chosen me to be here. I want a parking place right up front for my car!!!” Most likely my car would have been vandalized every day! 75 years of disastrous policy.

As most of you are life-long friends, let me expand on this example. Take a moment and step back from our preconceived and long-held beliefs. 75 years of violence demands we revisit this conversation.

Imagine we go into Inglewood, CA. 99% Black. The people always treated me with kindness and respect. But imagine I walked in the first day to the gym and held up my special book from god. “My good friends, God has chosen me and our families. Our ancestors lived in this neighborhood long ago. They were pushed out by greedy developers.”

“The United Nations declared that we have a right to return. Our family expects ALL of you to move out now … no compensation. There are many other Black areas in California. Please have your things removed by the end of the month. Other White families are now coming. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. God bless America and the United Nations!!!”

Hmmm ??? None of my friends would ever behave in such manner. I would never support people who behaved this way.

Let me ask another question, I wrote: “In 1948, the UN established the State of Israel, the nation of Jews.”

“If the UN ordered USA to return California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, most of Arizona and Colorado, and parts of Oklahoma, Kansas, and Wyoming. back to Mexico, claiming the 1848 war was unjust, how many Americans would obey the United Nations? Please list your names below. I’ll include in my article. Thanks!”

Nobody added their name. Julie Christensen harshly unfriended me and blocked any further contact. I was inspired and mentored by her boyfriend, Kevin Christensen, in high school. Was delighted to hear he married Julie. Kevin is a respected and successful attorney in Las Vegas. I’m certain he does excellent work and maintains strong, positive professional values. I still look up to these two life-long friends. Sadly, I’m no longer good enough for them.

Kevin Christensen and Julie Christensen are devote Mormons. They treated me only with kindness and compassion my entire life. Yet due to this passionate situation with Israel, Julie responded with cruelty — as America has acted cruelty with the Palestinian people for 75 years. I do not agree with their religious positions on Israel.

The Book of Mormon’s narrative focuses on a tribe of Jews who sailed from Jerusalem to the New World in 600 BC and split into two main warring factions.

The Book of Mormon teaches that God-fearing Nephites were “pure” (the word was officially changed from “white” in 1981) and “delightsome.” The idol-worshiping Lamanites received the “curse of blackness,” turning their skin dark. Palestinian are too dark for Mormons. [source]

Mormons believe that Muslims will be fixed, as Byron in the Woods would be fixed, if the Lamanites simply returned to the church. Their skin could once again become white.

As of today, I see no white or black in Gaza, only the red of blood flowing to the necks of horses. End this violence and cruelty. Jesus Christ our Lord & Savior does not sanction war. Hamas slaughtered some 1,400 in horrific attacks. Zionists have now slaughtered some 6,000+ in response.

Jews believe in an eye for an eye. They have avenged their people. As Mohandas Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr. said compassionately, “An eye for an eye will leave everyone blind.” Cease fire now!

Quantity of bombs dropped on Gaza has exceeded the size of the nuclear bomb dropped on Hiroshima
